Professional Background

I have over 20 years of experience in People Operations and Human Resources. A majority of that time has been spent in social services and non-profit agencies. I am a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and earned Inclusive Workplace Culture credentials through SHRM. I earned a Master's degree from Purdue University in Organizational Development which included a great deal of work centered around employee and leadership development. I currently serve as an ESOP Ambassador through The ESOP Association. I have been proud to be a part of IPMG since 2013.

Responsibilities

As Chief Operating Officer, my job is to oversee all aspects of IPMG's administration and business operations which includes Human Resources, Customer Service, Communications, Marketing, Professional Development, Business Development, Compliance, and IT. I work closely with department directors to implement projects and strategic planning initiatives. This includes policy creation and implementation, operational metrics, resource allocation and budgeting, and manage vendor relationships and contracts. I represent our Executive Team on Board Committees and conduct presentations to the Board of Directors as needed.
