We’re a certified provider of Indiana’s Medicaid Home and Community Based Services(HCBS) waiver programs, offering services to Individuals who receive or are enrolled in the:

Wraparound Services

Wraparound is a voluntary program designed to support families with children ages 6-17 facing emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Participants in Indiana’s Wraparound Program receive various tailored services such as family support training, habilitation, and respite.
