Employee-Owned

IPMG is 100% Employee-Owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing employees with at least 12 months of service to own company stock. This stock is held in a trust for participants until retirement or separation from the company, in compliance with IRS and Department of Labor regulations.

Training & Support

Our supervisors provide support to both new and experienced Employee-Owners, helping them develop into confident, skilled, and experienced professionals. Each Employee-Owner is placed with a supervisor and a team of colleagues to support their learning journey.

Virtual Work

Most IPMG Employee-Owners are able to work from home with access to support and resources through a robust communication network. As a virtual company, we know the importance of making work processes easier and minimizing paper usage, offering expense reimbursement for travel and other work related expenses for Employee-Owners.

IPMG makes sure that our Employee-Owners can relax during their free time. We have a 24-hour crisis line with staff available to manage after-hour emergencies.
