Congratulations to the June IPMG Employee-Owner of the Month: Heather dela Cruz! Heather was nominated for this award by an Individual she supports as an IPMG Case Manager. The nomination stated that Heather is always helpful and that they love her easy-going style. Heather, an IPMG Case Manager in the Lawrence Co. area, shares that she was inspired to join the field of case management because she "loves working with individuals of all abilities" and she "truly enjoys supporting them to live their best lives." Heather loves being an IPMG Employee-Owner and appreciates the flexible work schedule and her "amazing team and supervisor at IPMG." Heather, and her husband Rob, are parents to their son Marko, age 8, and have two funny cats; Cliffy and Baby Kitty. Heather also enjoys spending time on her porch watching her son play.
