IPMG provides services in every county throughout the state of Indiana. Our professionals live in or near your community and are therefore able to link you to valuable local resources and to assist you with becoming a valued member of that community. They also have experience and relationships with your local provider agencies and can help facilitate conversations with them on your behalf. Although our corporate office is located in West Lafayette, you never have to travel to our office to talk to your case manager, care manager, or wraparound facilitator. He or she will visit you in your home, or at the place of your choosing.
