The Compliance Hotline and Form Submission is an anonymous reporting system for Individuals we serve, guardians, providers, and IPMG employee-owners to report anything that is believed to be an egregious misconduct or violation of IPMG’s policies. This reporting system is not for general complaints. The hotline and form submission are anonymous, however, if the submitter wishes to leave contact information, the Compliance Officer will be in contact within one business day.
