CARF Accreditation
Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. Accreditation by CARF International demonstrates a program’s quality, transparency, and commitment to the satisfaction of the persons served.
IPMG is pleased to announce that, based on the results of our most recent CARF Site Survey, we have achieved a Three-Year Accreditation, the highest available for service providers in Indiana. This accreditation specifically indicates that IPMG has satisfied each of the CARF Accreditation Conditions, demonstrated substantial conformance to the standards, and that our company is designed and operated to the benefit the persons served. The accreditation would not have been possible without all of the hard work, dedication and commitment of all employees of IPMG.
The CARF Surveyors identified in their report:
"IPMG has a history of being a solid, quality organization. It is respected and appreciated by the persons served throughout the state of Indiana, and the service planning documentation clearly shows the services provided. The organization has demonstrated a foundation of substantial conformance to the CARF standards, which is a commendable achievement in that it just began the process eight months ago when accreditation became mandatory in the state of Indiana. It clearly recognized the challenges it faced in completing this accreditation process so quickly and is acknowledged for the efforts placed and met within such a short time. Even more admirable is the openness and willingness the organization took to learn from the CARF process. IPMG has used it to strengthen its base of knowledge: to fully develop an ongoing strategic process; and to work toward even more transformation and flexibility as it deals with decreased funding, increased and changed regulatory issues, and increased competition."

Any person wishing to submit a report of any suspected case of waste, fraud, abuse, or wrongdoing can do so confidentially and without fear of retaliation or reprisal. Reports can be submitted by mail, telephone, fax, or email to the organization's Corporate Compliance Officer.
