Jennifer Ewalt

Professional Background

I have over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.  A great deal of that time has been spent working in the social services industry.  I earned my Master's degree from Purdue University in Organizational Development which included a great deal of work centered around employee and leadership development.  I am proud to be a part of IPMG since 2013.


My job at IPMG is to ensure that all employees are supported through the entire employment process and to align the HR Department's objectives with those of the organization to fulfill our overall mission.  I am ultimately responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, performance initiatives, talent acquisition, company policy and procedure, compliance, and employee health and safety.


Our employees are our most valuable asset.  I am passionate about helping others succeed.
