Announcing IPMG's 2023 Holiday Art Contest!

It's that time again!

Each year, we host a Holiday Art Contest featuring artwork created by individuals IPMG serve. This year's theme is "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year." All submissions will be featured on our social media, and 10 will be chosen by IPMG employee votes to be highlighted in our annual holiday e-card!

Deadline to Submit: Wednesday, November 22, 2023

How to Enter

Option 1

Mail your artwork and signed media release form (which you can download here) in a flat manila envelope (please do not fold your art!), postmarked no later than November 22, to:

Option 2:

Scan and email PDFs of your artwork and/or the signed media release form to m.glidden@gotoipmg.com no later than November 22.

IMPORTANT! 

You can now e-sign the Media Release Form.If you plan to enter via email and do not have the ability to print and scan the signed Media Release Form, you may e-sign by visiting this link.

Contest Rules

  1. The contest theme is “Most Wonderful Time of the Year.” Your artwork should relate to this theme.
  2. Artwork must be completed by an individual currently receiving services from IPMG.
  3. Only ONE submission PER PARTICIPANT is allowed.
  4. A signed media release form MUST be submitted with artwork to be eligible.
  5. Please do not include any words, lettering, etc. on your artwork. (Pictures only, please.)
  6. Artwork should be inclusive of the diversity of individuals served by IPMG. (Please, no symbols specific to any particular religion.)
  7. All artwork submissions must be received or postmarked no later than Wednesday, November 22, 2023

FAQ

Q: I don’t have a printer. How can I print and sign the media release form?

A: You can now e-sign! Just visit this link. Reminder, if you are signing for a minor or someone for whom you are a guardian, type *their* name into the form, then sign *your* name, and type your name at the bottom of the form.

Q: I don’t have a scanner, and I don’t want to/can’t use postal mail. How can I scan and email my artwork and printed/signed media release form?

A: If you have a smartphone, download the free Adobe Scan app and follow the prompts to scan and create PDFs. Click here for a video walkthrough using an iOS device.
