Case Manager of the Month: December
Dec 03, 2019
Sarah Richendollar was nominated for Case Manager of the Month by a parent of an Individual she serves. Concerned about her son's care, Darlene reached out to Sarah. Sarah took it upon herself to look at my son’s budget and she explained some options that could positively influence his care and future. She even sent me a copy and explained the different options to help me understand.
We then set up a time to meet to discuss our options. Sarah was prepared for all of my questions and even looked up things on her computer. Sarah is always prepared and follows up on issues and handles difficult issues with our provider with firm professionalism.
I appreciate people who take initiative; people who follow through; people who are upfront and dependable. These attributes describe our Case Manager, Sarah Richendollar to a tee! We are blessed to have her on our team!
Sarah states, "I am honored to be nominated for Case Manager of the month. I began working for IPMG in 2015. Before working for IPMG I worked in the school setting in different roles. My heart was always pulled to work in the Special Education room while going to school for Human Services through Purdue Fort Wayne. I have loved working for IPMG not only for my clients but also for my Co-Workers that have become my second family. My heart has found a new love working in the waiver field. I am blessed that my clients continue to choose to work with me."
"I have lived in Fort Wayne my whole life and was blessed that my husband Justin of 11 years chose to move here for me. We were blessed in 2012 with our son Henry who has filled our hearts. The last seven years have been busy. I wish time would stop or slow down just a little. In the summer you can find us at our camper enjoying the outdoors. While in the winter you can find us at my parents’ house sledding. I am thankful for all the support that I have gotten from our families and couldn’t do this job with it them."
