Case Manager of the Month: June

Jennifer Ary was nominated by a service provider that is a member of an Individual's support team. "She has gone above and beyond to ensure his safety and happiness. Jennifer has completed the appeal paperwork for him to receive the CIH waiver, she has been on the phone with me in evenings, she has worked hand in hand with BDDS. She has assisted in every aspect possible to get the care he needs.”

"Jennifer has, I know, spent many more hours than she could have possibly been compensated for. She has assisted in looking for him when he has left the shelter. She has met and talked with people at the shelter to ensure his safety until more permanent housing could be found. I could go on and on what she has done to assist him. She has walked hand in hand with me through everything. So many times we are told by case managers, we are not allowed do this or that, I never heard that once from Jennifer."

"I cannot express how much 'she gets it.' It is not about every piece of paperwork, or meeting, it is about the person. She is compassionate, professional, and one of the most incredible advocates."

Jennifer writes, “What an honor it is to be nominated for Case Manager of the month! I am privileged to work with so many amazing people. There are many facets of this job that I love, but I would say my favorite part of my job is helping others reach their goals. It’s truly life changing to witness people overcome obstacles.

I have been working with IPMG since August, 2015. I have grown to genuinely care about each and every one of the individuals and their families that I support. It is an honor to be a part of such an amazing journey that this job allows us to be in.

My husband and I have 3 boys; Brenden 15, Jacob 13, and Tristan 11. We are in the midst of teenage years. They keep us busy with basketball and track. We love to tent camp and hike to explore waterfalls. I truly enjoy being "unplugged" from the world during those times. We have 2 dogs and a cat, all of which are rescue animals that just kind of happened by chance. I wouldn't trade in our family zoo, but please don't bring me any others.”
