Case Manager of the Month: July

Tracy Rice was nominated by a parent of one of the individuals she serves. "I'd like to nominate Tracy rice for case manager of the month. She takes her job and clients very seriously. She is our daughter's case manager. She is very involved with her personally and with her well-being by making every effort to get her the help and support she needs. Tracy keeps my daughter and I up to date on what's going on. She is a pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything IPMG does for my daughter and all of your clients."

Tracy writes, “It feels amazing to be nominated for Case Manager of the Month! I began working as an IPMG Case Manager in 2011 after working several years with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I have loved all my years working in this field but am very thankful to be the case manager for so many wonderful clients and their families. It brings me such happiness to see my clients work and achieve their goals. Seeing their happiness brings me such joy. I love that my clients and their families include me in special events and make me feel like family. I have a wonderful work family that includes my clients and their teams and the wonderful IPMG Case Managers in my area that are all amazing."

“I have two grown children, Chad and Brittany, and they have blessed me with my four wonderful grandchildren. In my spare time when I am not attending my clients' events, I am spending time with children and spoiling my grandchildren.”
