Case Manager of the Month: November
Nov 04, 2019
Marcy Nance was nominated by a parent of an Individual she serves. Marcy is an amazing Case Manager and person. She has always been there for my family to support us whether it’s helping to find providers, to making sure services are being provided, and even there to just hold my hand while I cry through the heartache of having my autistic son go through daily struggles. She is our biggest advocate and I consider one of our best friends.
I am truly honored to have been nominated for Case Manager of the Month! I have been a case manager with IPMG for almost 13 years! My anniversary date is coming up on December 5. I have worked with many of the families I serve for this entire time. We have grown close over the years. I serve Harrison, Washington, Crawford & Clark Counties in Southern Indiana.
My husband and I have two wonderful children, Samantha, 17 who is a senior this year and will attend IU in the fall and Clark, 13 who is an 8th grader. We live in Washington County. I have two cats and three dogs to which I love very much! My family is very involved with the West Washington Football team. We spend a lot of time on the field on Fridays cheering on our team! One of our #footballfriday pictures is below!
My job has allowed me to grow into the case manager I am today. I love my job and most of all the families and teams I get to work with and for on this waiver journey. I also enjoy the flexibility of my job that has allowed me to be involved in many committees within IPMG. My current being the technology committee and in the past the Employee Advisory committee and now I am a participant in the inaugural class of IPMG’s Emerging Leaders Program. My future goals include retiring from IPMG. I am so proud to be a part of this great company!
