Congratulations, 2023 Emerging Leaders Grads!
On September 27, 2023, IPMG held its annual Emerging Leaders graduation at our office in West Lafayette.
What is IPMG's Emerging Leaders Program?
IPMG's Emerging Leaders program provides our participating Employee-Owners with the opportunity to engage with a select group of their peers, as well as members of IPMG's leadership team, to develop and enhance leadership skills and gain practical leadership experiences through a dynamic and comprehensive curriculum.
This week, we celebrated the growth, work, and successes of our 2023 graduates! This year's class included Amanda Anderson, Angela Sinks, Brandi Shidler, Breezy Wente, Chelse Smith, Christopher Wheeler, Crystal Selleck, Erin Kujawa, Heather Johnson, Holly Coddington, Joy Forrest, Kari Scott, Kendra Leckrone, Kendre Abshier, Laura Adams, Lecia Crim-Overley, Lisa Schmidt, Lori Bromagen, Marcilena Cabello, Maria-Angelica Aguayo, Rachel Dyer, Sarah Christopher, Shirley Ward and Tara Ewer.
Thank you to Anthony Hakel, the organizer of the 2023 Emerging Leaders program and to the 2023 Mentors Cassie Balk, Corey Burkhardt, Kinsie Bailey, Hollie Patterson, Joseph Niskanen, and Lindsay Gear. The organizer and mentors of the program assisted in the development of the 2023 curriculum, offered guidance and training to the participants, and supported them in identifying areas of personal leadership growth and development.
