Congrats to Case Manager Autumn Irwin, our November Employee-Owner of the Month! She was nominated by the parent of an individual she serves, who wrote:

"I read the IPMG newsletter and saw an opportunity to recognize a truly exceptional employee you have for Employee-Owner of the Month: Autumn Irwin. Autumn was assigned to my son's case from the start of him being on the Autism Waiver. Autumn has diligently served my son and our family, helping us to navigate the system, identify my son's needs, and identify opportunities to utilize the monies allocated to him. Autumn help him get a job by identifying options that fit and were accepting of his unique abilities. When my son was injured, Autumn helped us get a stairlift installed in our home. Most recently, she helped my wife become a certified caregiver so she could better serve our son's unique needs. Autumn has provided so much knowledge and truly cares about the individuals she serves. There is a reason each year, when it is time to select our service provider, it is most definitely Autumn and the excellent organization she is a representative of. Autumn has our sincerest thanks for all she does every day. Thank you Autumn!"

What inspired you to become a Case Manager?

One of my siblings has a disability. I am so thankful for a job that allows me to pursue my passion and help families like mine!

What do you love about being an IPMG Employee-Owner/Case Manager?

I have been with IPMG since 2017. I love the job flexibility and all the people I’ve had the opportunity to get to know. I love having the chance to help individuals and their families find services and resources that allow them to live their best lives.

Tell us about yourself and your hobbies and interests.

My immediate family includes my boyfriend and our girls (16 & 7). We love to spend our time coaching and watching them in all their activities. We live in a small town and love riding around on our golf cart. In my free time, I enjoy reading and watching crime shows.
