Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of August: Royce Campbell!

Royce was nominated for this award by an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "I always know that my case manger, Royce, is just a text or phone call away. She always takes care of anything that I ask her, immediately. Royce is a blessing and I am so lucky to have her as a case manager. In today’s world, it is wonderful to know that someone is on your side."

Royce writes, "It is an honor and surprise to be recognized for a job that you enjoy. I have been employed with IPMG since October 2016. I am a mother of 2 daughters, 1 son and 1 bonus son! I have 3 beautiful granddaughters ages 7, 11 and 15 that I love spending time with.

Over my years of employment, I have worked in various fields. No matter which field of employment, I have always sought opportunities to work with families and be of service. Working with IPMG has married my desire to help families with my need to be of service. As the Director/Owner of an afterschool/summer program I have had the pleasure of seeing those young people that were part of our programs. I have been overjoyed with how they have grown and how they thank us for all the valuable lessons we taught and the fun they had.

I enjoy traveling and my preferred mode of travel is by train. I have traveled many times on the train but never choosing a sleeper car. I am planning a train trip where I will reserve a roomette and will travel alone in 2023.
