Congratulations to Susan Hunt, our August 2023 Employee-Owner of the Month! Susan is a Wraparound Facilitator who started with IPMG as a Case Manager. While working as a Case Manager and earning her master's degree in psychology, she had an opportunity to work on a Wraparound team, which is where she realized Wraparound was the place for her.

Susan was nominated for this recognition by one of the families she serves, who stated that "she was able to help us navigate a difficult year" and that she "was just a phone call away whether we just needed someone to talk to that understood the issues we were facing or just needed some support."

What inspired you to become a Wrap Facilitator?

"While working as a Job Coach I decided I wanted to become a Behaviorist after working very closely with some to help the people I was serving at the time. I came to IPMG as a Case Manager and began working on my master’s degree in psychology. During my time as a Case Manager, I had the opportunity to join a Wraparound team for a youth I served. I quickly felt that Wraparound was the place I needed to be to help other youth find the tools to succeed."

What do you love about being an IPMG Employee-Owner/Wrap Facilitator?

"I enjoy being a Wraparound Facilitator because I get to meet some amazing families. I can see the youth and family grow stronger together. I have always had a passion for helping people and feel that helping others gives me the chance to help the youth see in themselves the future that they may not have seen before Wraparound."

Tell us about yourself and your hobbies and interests.

"I have two amazing children and an adorable grandson. I enjoy getting together with friends for trivia and card games. I enjoy taking long drives in the car and exploring new places. I have a love of learning an love learning new things to help both the families I serve as well as my own family."
