Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of December: Jincy Gibson!

Jincy was nominated for this award by the family of an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "Because she is the coolest case manager and she really cares and wants what's best for me!"

Jincy writes, "As a case manager at IPMG since April 2018, it has been my honor and privilege to encourage individuals and families as they learn about and utilize waiver services to create their version of a good life. 

My caseload is filled with incredible individuals who are backed by teams of natural and paid supports. To bear witness to growth and change every single day is nothing short of amazing. 

It is easy to get caught up in the support our clients need. I’m a huge advocate for switching the script to shining light instead on what they bring to the table, which is so much. I have seen such strength, resilience, hope, and laughter- so much laughter. I make an effort to celebrate every month with my individuals by asking them what their biggest win of the month has been. All 42 of their birthdays are written in my planner because they are worth being celebrated. And in 2020, we could all use a little more celebration. 

Outside of work, I live out my own values by volunteering, making intentional time for friends, and practicing self care so I can maintain a work and life balance. I love my two cats Chloe and Cleo, coffee, my Erin Condren planner (look it up!), hanging out in my hammock, trivia and board games, reading historical fiction, hiking, and journaling. I currently live with my friends Josh and Kendyl and their two daughters Emily (6) and Charlie (3) - we have a house full of so much love and support. I’m so grateful to be an employee owner of IPMG and look forward to further growth and development in this company and in this field.
