Employee Owner of the Month: December

Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of December: Sheri Williamson!
Sheri was nominated for this award by a parent of an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "Sheri is so helpful and timely. She answers questions readily and if she needs to find out more information she does so in a timely manner. She is cheerful, supportive, caring. I could not ask for a better Case Manager for our son and us."
Sheri writes, "I am so grateful to be nominated for IPMG Employee Owner of the month! I enjoy what I do and the people I work with, and am so thankful for the relationships I've built in my role as a Case Manager.
I have been with IPMG since 2019 and feel that my work as a Case Manager is more of a calling than a job. My sister has worked with IPMG for many years and encouraged me to consider leaving my management role at a preschool to pursue Case Management. She shared that she felt that it would be a great fit for me, and now that I am in the field, I have to agree! I love developing genuine connections with the people I work with and discovering new ways to help teams work together creatively to support waiver participants in living out their "best life". I am blessed to be involved in the successes of others, and honored to share in the struggles. My work allows me to pursue my passion for advocating for others, have a workplace that allows flexibility and work-life balance and an opportunity to work with a team of people who hold the same values that I do.
I have been married to my husband Mark for 15 years, and we have a 5-year-old daughter named Olivia. We live in Noblesville and love all of the resources in the area. We like spending time outdoors; going to the many parks in Hamilton County, canoeing on the White River, and going on walks or hiking nearby. I love to travel and my favorite place to go is the costal redwoods in Northern California! My husband and I love to travel together, I also love to take trips with my sister and other family and friends. I enjoy gardening and am involved in Hamilton County Master Gardeners, and surround myself with plants in my backyard, and in my home office. I also enjoy volunteering with the Indiana Special Olympics and have had the pleasure of being involved in the Washington Township Special Olympics for 10+ years."
