Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of January: Courtney Haan!

Courtney was nominated for this award by the guardian of an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "She is AWESOME! She has been a tremendous help in providing information needed for particular situations. She is a great listener and can impart a judicious observation of the individuals actions. Courtney will call upon past experiences in relation to the current problem and always has a helpful answer or suggestion. She is patient and very kind, I don't know what I would do without her!"

Courtney writes "What an honor it is to be nominated for Employee Owner of the Month!! I enjoy working each day with each of the Individuals that I am privileged to serve. Celebrating each of their successes, no matter how small, is one of the things I enjoy the most.
I have been working with IPMG for 4 years. Over those years, I have had the opportunity to work with and help support some of the most amazing people and families that I have ever known. Advocating for the Individuals I support is so important to me and I am grateful to be able to do so. 

My husband and I have three kids; Kadence 16, Charley 7 and Grayson 4. We stay busy with track, soccer and softball. We love to be outdoors and have a camper that we spend many weekends in, checking out new campgrounds and areas. We also have three dogs, so our house stays pretty chaotic!"
