Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of June: Michelle Lane!

Michelle was nominated for this award by the parent of an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "She is very kind and caring. She is always checking on Desiree. She tries to come to activities that Desiree has, from basketball to swimming. Always making sure we have everything we need. If there is something we are having problems with she will help us find a solution or find what is needed."

Michelle writes, "I was very surprised and thankful for this nomination. It is such a pleasure and blessing to work with IPMG. My favorite thing about my job is the people I work with. It is so much fun talking and spending time with them. I find so much joy in person centered planning and love it when I can watch individuals doing the activities that they enjoy.

After graduating from Ball State University, I stayed busy and at times was working two jobs. I learned about waiver services through another job that I was working at. I spoke to a Case Manager about my experience and they suggested I would be a good fit. I learned more about Case Management Services and decided to apply. I was excited to get started, have been with IPMG 6 years now and find the same joy in it as the day I started!

I have been married for almost 19 years. My husband and I live with our 3 sons and 2 dogs. We enjoy going to ball games, camping, and vacationing when we can. I love spending time with my boys and watching anything they participate in. During my down time I like to watch movies and go shopping."
