Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of November: Jincy Gibson!

Jincy was nominated for this award by an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "Jincy is an awesome Case Manager and I really think she cool because she has helped me in the past and she still is helping me find another place to live hopefully, she finds one soon. Jincy I just want to tell u I love ya and ur the best case manger I ever had, love ya."

Jincy writes: "Serving as a case manager at IPMG has given me many opportunities to learn and grow in the field of disability services. I’ve served in my role as a case manager since April of 2019. It has been my honor and privilege to encourage individuals and families as they learn about and utilize waiver services to create their version of a good life.

Currently at IPMG, I am a member of the Employee Health and Wellness committee, serve as my team’s 2021 service day co-coordinator, and most recently a participant of the 2021 Emerging Leaders Program. Through the Emerging Leaders Program, I am focusing on learning more about finding the strengths inside of me and the strengths of those around me. I am excited to learn more and bring that training to my team and my individuals.

Outside of work, I live out my own values by volunteering, making intentional time for friends, and practicing self care so I can maintain a work and life balance. My week typically includes: hammock time, corn hole, board games, and reading historical fiction.

I’m so grateful to be an Employee Owner of IPMG and look forward to further growth and development in this company and in this field."
