Congrats to Wrap Facilitator Sheila Fakhreddine, our October Employee-Owner of the Month! She was nominated by the parent of an individual she serves, who wrote: "I am nominating Sheila because she continues to go above and beyond for my family constantly! What inspired you to become a Wrap Facilitator?

I am a product of the Indiana Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice System; I’ve seen the system from the inside out. Having a wraparound facilitator in my life would have made a world of difference, now I get to be that difference for youth and families in Indiana.

What do you love about being an IPMG Employee-Owner/Wrap Facilitator?

The best thing about being an IPMG Employee-Owner is the strength-based mindset IPMG applies to all areas.

Tell us about yourself and your hobbies and interests.

My husband and I have four children and five dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my children develop their own interests and personalities. We have a lot of variety in sports and interests in our family; from racing, ballet, playing drums, to playing soccer. One of my favorite hobbies is volunteering with children, I do a lot of this! Another hobby is biomedical research, I have been on an Institutional review board for two years and I’m always learning. I love to travel to relax.
