David's professionalism and dedication to his work has made a significant positive impact on our experience in providing services to our child.

Nominator's Remarks: Jody is devoted to the individuals and families she serves. She goes over and beyond to ensure Individuals' needs are addressed when needed. She's respected by the teams we work with. She spends much time thinking outside the box. She's a excellent listener, and she's helped me many times, listening to me vent. She deserves to be acknowledge for all she does.

Nominator's Remarks: Liz has been our consistent case manager for several years. She interacts with the individuals she serves on a professional level. Always supportive, always available, always willing to help!

Nominator's Remarks: Zathoe is so knowledgeable, compassionate, sincere, and comforting to both my grandchild and myself. She has helped to bring us out of a very dark place and is genuinely concerned for both of our well being. Simply put, she is AMAZING!

Nominator's Remarks: Carmen is so kind and loving to my son but also to me. She's a wonderful case manager who really cares. When we had an issue with a provider she immediately helped to get the issue resolved. She has really helped my son and encourages and reminds him of his potential. Our family is very thankful for Carmen.
