Bruce Hayes
Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Hayes brings an impressive track record of financial and operations leadership, business optimization and strategic acumen to our organization. He has spent more than 25 years in financial leadership roles, primarily with Anthem (now Elevance). Bruce was also the CEO for Indiana-based Medicaid health plan MDwise, in which he previously served as CFO. Prior to that he served in a variety of business unit CFO roles for Anthem, including as the VP of Integrations, where he spent 2 years developing the economic benefits of the largest potential healthcare merger in US history (Anthem and Cigna). He also served in a variety of business unit CFO roles in the commercial, governmental, and operational segments for Anthem.
Bruce holds a CPA designation and earned his finance degree from Ball State University.
