Diane Lohmeyer

I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Psychology. My background and experience have always been in a hybrid-joint role of Human Resources and Accounting. The dynamics of my previous companies encouraged my knowledge and growth in every aspect of both departments. I bring a unique perspective to IPMG with a passion for people and balanced spreadsheets!

Responsibilities

I am responsible for leading the Human Resources team and making sure the objectives of the department support the strategic initiatives of IPMG. I oversee the Human Resources department including employee engagement, relations, and retention, benefits administration, upholding company policies and procedures, as well as staying up to date with employment law and regulations.

Philosophy

I believe the strength of any company is in its people, both employees and clients. Every individual brings personal experiences to each situation that shapes who they are and guides their paths. It is our jobs, as members of our communities, to not only celebrate and encourage these differences, but learn from them.
