Professional Background
I am a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Social Work and have 25+ years of experience in the field of social services. I began my career as a school social worker for the Jay School Corporation. In that position, I assisted at-risk students and their families in order to improve student success at school. It was in that role that I began working closely with Special Services/Special Education and with students receiving Medicaid Waivers. After moving to Columbus, Indiana in 2000, I started my career in the field of Medicaid Waiver Case Management. Over the past 16 years, my roles have included that of Case Manager, Supervisor, and currently, Director of Communications and Professional Development. It is my pleasure to be a part of IPMG and to provide quality services to the Individuals we serve.
Responsibilities
My current responsibilities as Director of Communications and Professional Development include ensuring that IPMG Employee Owners receive the most current and up-to-date training and information, supporting them to become experts in their field and to empower individuals served to understand and access quality, efficient and coordinated services that result in the betterment of their lives. I am also responsible for ensuring that IPMG is using information and input received from Individuals served, families, guardians, and other stakeholders to direct ongoing quality improvement of the services we provide.

It is my strong belief that all persons have the right to freedom of choice and to pursue their individual hopes, dreams, and desires in order to live their vision of a Good Life.
