Michael Wagoner

Professional Background

I graduated from Indiana University in Kokomo with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. I gained experience by working in a healthcare facility in quality, where I later transitioned to a role in healthcare compliance. After gaining years of experience in that role and working closely with legal and information technology workers, I continued my career path in 2021 by coming to IPMG as a Corporate Compliance Manager, and now Director of Corporate Compliance and IT.

Responsibilities

My responsibilities as a Director of Corporate Compliance and IT include ensuring IPMG Employee Owners follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, contractual agreements, and IPMG policies. I serve as the Privacy Officer and manage HIPAA compliance, cyber security, risk management, CARF accreditation, and the State of Indiana Regulatory Compliance. My role also oversees systems development and information technology.
