Assistant Director, Case Management Operations

Professional Background

I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I started working in the human services field in 2003 for residential service providers. I transitioned into case management with IPMG in 2008. I’ve had numerous roles including Case Manager, Intake Case Manager, Manager of Field Support, and Supervisor. I currently work as an Assistant Director of Case Management Operations. Each position has provided unique opportunities to collaborate with individuals/families, other Stakeholders, and/or fellow IPMG employee owners to help people work towards living their best lives.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Director, I am responsible to identify, implement, and oversee processes that ensure “best in class” service delivery to the individuals we serve. I evaluate departmental satisfaction, complaint, and performance data to identify trends that help improve our services. I coach and mentor supervisors in their role reinforcing IPMG’s mission to support case managers to become expert navigators.

Philosophy

What attracted me to IPMG years ago was the founding principle, “the needs of the Individual are paramount.” I believe IPMG is an exceptional organization that strives to ensure individuals have the supports they need so they can live their best lives. I strive to train, mentor, and coach our staff to be the best versions of themselves so they can balance the demands of their positions with what matters most to them.
